MINT: Mint is rich in nutrients such as iron, manganese, calcium, vitamins A and C. Mint is often used to support digestion and stomach ailments.
PARSLEY: Parsley is full of flavonoids that fight against disease-causing agents in the body. Parsley also works as a powerful natural diuretic and can help reduce blood pressure and bloating. Parsley is an excellent source of magnesium, folate, antioxidants and Vitamin A, K and C.
LEMON: Lemon can provide essential health benefits as they are high in antioxidants, fiber and several beneficial plant compounds. The vitamins in lemon stimulate immunity and aid in healthy digestion. Lemon juice is commonly used in cuisine and diets but remember you must eat the lemon pulp to get the full health benefits – not just the juice.

In a juicer, press ingredients one at a time. *If using a blender - add a cup of coconut water and place all ingredients into the blender.
