2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk
1 cup raspberries
Coconut flakes
Fresh raspberries and blackberries

Select fresh raspberries to create volume and dimension. Showcase fruit by layering at the bottom glass or mason jar
Top raspberry layer with chia seed pudding. Instead of water in the chia pudding recipe here, replace it with almond milk, vanilla extract and desiccated coconut. *Ensure you have made chia seed pudding in advance to achieve optimal thick gel-like texture.
Pour chia seed pudding slowly, as you don’t want the layers to sink into each other
Limit the amount of liquid, you want the layers to have a compact consistency as opposed to watery
Place fresh raspberries and blueberries on top.
Sprinkle hemp seeds and coconut flakes to your desire for that extra sweetness.
