4 carrots
2 oranges, roughly peeled and quartered
2 lemons, roughly peeled and quartered
2 large knobs of ginger, chopped
1 tablespoon of cayenne
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoons of turmeric
1 teaspoon of Manuka honey, optional
Wash thoroughly carrots, lemons, oranges and whole ginger under cold filtered water
Cut ends off both lemons and oranges. Roughly quarter fruit
Roughly slice or chop up whole ginger knobs
Place carrots first into the food processor followed by ginger, lemon and oranges.
Add in the cayenne, turmeric, black pepper and Manuka honey. Pulse juice as desired.
Separate turmeric juice combination into glass mason jars
Freeze immediately and take out when ready to consume
