Frequently Asked Questions

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Payments made via the Stephanie Janett website are processed using a third party payment gateway. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the website.

PRICING

We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Prices for items are fixed once your order has been confirmed.

PRINT INFORMATION & CARE

It is advised that you should not handle your print at all. Please leave this to an experienced professional framer. Preferably, you should leave the print inside the mailing tube to be removed by your framer.

If you wish to do the framing yourself, handle your print with the utmost of care as they can be very easily marked or creased.

Never touch the printed image with your fingers as oil and dirt from your skin can easily cause damage. Always make sure that all staples are removed from the mailing tube end before removal of your print.

Where not to position a print?

Never locate your print where it will be exposed to moisture or direct sunlight.

Are prints covered by a warranty?

We do not offer a period of warranty on prints. As we are serious about customer satisfaction, we would like to be contacted in the event that a customer has a question and we will only then consider resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

Printed Photograph Material?

All Stephanie Janett’s prints are custom printed on heavyweight archival paper. Each print is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper.

I’ve seen a photograph of yours that I love but it’s not offered in your shop. Am I able to purchase it as a print?

Yes. If you see an image belonging to me on any of my social media channels, I am more than happy to arrange a custom print for you.

How are prints packaged?

We send all our prints in a durable mailing product. Up to 3 prints can be packed in one shipping transaction keeping shipping costs to a minimum.

FRAMING

Framing is not included. Framing is such a personal decision based on your individual and interior aesthetic.

We strongly recommend having your image framed by a professional framer to ensure the endurance and longevity of your custom print.

If you purchase a standard frame from a shop we strongly recommend you invest in a framer to matt/mount the image with an acid free matt board. Matting is essential to keep the print away from the glass and to allow the image to breathe, ensuring the longevity of your limited edition print.
